First: Main Duties
Job Purpose:
To provide professional and comprehensive reception services for Masheed employees and visitors, ensuring the delivery of municipal services in an efficient and effective manner.
Policies and Procedures:
Follow all approved procedures and operational instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and compliant manner.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
Comply with all relevant health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures and instructions to ensure personal safety and the safety of others, and to maintain the highest standards of service quality and environmental impact.
Point of Contact:
Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, whether by phone or from visitors arriving at the building, ensuring visitors are able to carry out their business smoothly.
Reception Area Management:
Ensure that the reception area is maintained in an organized and presentable condition at all times to reflect a professional image of the organization.
Second: Non-Core Duties
Reservations:
Coordinate meeting rooms and facilities as needed to reduce the administrative workload on other members of the organization.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance and communicate with different internal departments as needed to reduce the administrative burden on other members of the organization.
Mail Management:
Receive, distribute, and organize incoming and outgoing mail to ensure proper mail handling.
